This is going to be a quick post just to share my personal results on my 3-Day Refresh a couple of weeks ago.  The bottom line is this program is intended to give your body a short-term jumpstart.  It’s not intended to be a long term fix or quick weight loss deal, but you will see that for sure.  It’s real intent is to get your body on the fast track to weight loss and new healthy eating habits.  it uses many recipes from the Ultimate Reset, Shakeology, and some new supplements.

It’s no secret by now that Julie and I moved from New Hampshire to Tennessee.  We are in the process of building a new house, which is only part of the story here.  We are also leasing office space and living in a Motor Coach full time while building.  I heard on the radio the other day that the number one most stressful thing one can do in their life is buy or sell a house.  I personally think BUILDING a house is far more stressful, but I will get into that.  So why is this important?  Since moving here I “thought” I was doing okay with my fitness.  I didn’t feel any different, but what happened today changed my mind.

We arrived in Tennessee on Monday, April 7, 2014. Chris and I left the only home we had ever really known, and moved a thousand miles away where we knew no one. Scary, right? Yeah, you would think, but I think we both approached this more like an adventure, a positive change, maybe a new path for the future.

While it’s only really been a little over 90 days, I’ve learned some things:

It’s been far too long since we posted a blog article and there is a reason for that.  People that have known Julie and I know that we started learning a lot from John C Maxwell.  We have read his 21 laws books, and one of the most amazing chapters was The Law of Environment.  The law basically states if you cannot grow in your current environment….then change it.  This for some is as simple as changing the people you surround yourselves with.  For us, we went completely to the extreme, because we do nothing small.

So it’s been just over two years since I became a Team Beachbody Coach and depending on how you look at it, Julie and I have been mildly successful.  The reason I say that is depending on the reasons you become a Team Beachbody Coach, you have to determine what your success criteria is.  With that being said after two years I will explain what I mean.  Make no mistake, I love the beachbody programs, I’ve been using them and their other products like Shakeology for years, and they work.  We all know my weight loss story and it’s all from their products. … (read more…)
